We will provide the following service to you as our client:

1. We will ensure your web site availability exceeds 99.8% annually.
2. We will work along side of you to ensure you approve any custom design we create before it is implemented.
3. We will not launch your solution until you are satisfied with it and you have formally approved the launch.
4. We will train you and your staff in the efficient use and administration of your new e-business solution (i.e. a web site).
5. If you purchase a website solution from us, you will own it and its contents and you will be able to move to another hosting company for any reason.
6. If we register a website domain name for you, you will own that domain name.
7. We will provide you access to the number of visitors to your web site along with other performance statistics, unless you choose not to know.

If we do not meet these commitments, we will host your site on our servers for 12 months completely free of charge.
